The Shirley Educational Foundation (SEF) is having its second Ready, SEF, Go! Trail Run and Walk to support local education in Shirley, MA.  Recognized last year for it’s impeccable course, this year we have been invited to be part of the Northeast Trail Run Series 2008 in New England.  This 5K trail run/walk is held in scenic Holdenwood in Historic Shirley Center.  The entire event is geared toward the whole family with an officiated and sanctioned 5K trail run and leisurely walks for the fall leaf peepin’ explorer.   For the children, during the event, there will also be the Second Annual Day of Play held in Shirley, MA in accordance with a Playful City Grant that the Town of Shirley received in 2007.
